Browser compatibility
At present, a vast majority of webmasters are happily designing for Internet Explorer version 6, which is not as W3C standards compliant as other popular browsers such as FireFox, Netscape, Safari and Opera. You must also appreciate that an ever increasing number of visitors will be using Apple Mac's.

Now the final release for Internet Explorer version 7 (IE7) and the new Microsoft operating system Vista has been launched, the tables have been quite sharply turned.
IE7 is more W3C standards compliant and your websites HTML code will be subject to much more rigorous interpretation than is the case with IE 6, as a consequence some web pages that look fine in IE 6 might not look the same IE 7.
Therefore, if you have been designing your pages and have not bothered to check how they look in W3C Standards Compliant browsers like FireFox, you may be in for quite a shock when people look at your website using IE 7.
If you have not been incorporating W3C Web standards in your design strategy you may need to re-design your website. Our team of designers are very experienced in these new compliance requirements and all the websites we have been producing over the last 12 months have been fully W3C compliant, in anticipation of this change.
